Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in their original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging when possible
Items returned without meeting these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. For sizing issues, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received was damaged
- The item received was defective
- We shipped the wrong item
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
